Belajar Optimasi Instagram Biar Akun Makin “Menggeram”

Aku sering dengar teman-teman jagoan online shop yang mampu meraih omzet ratusan juta “cuma” bermodal Instagram alias IG. Penasaran rasanya, gimana sih bisa memanfaatkan sosmed ini biar lebih maksimal?

Akhirnya beberapa minggu lalu aku mendapat info dari Komunitas Tangan Di Atas (TDA) tentang workshop Optimasi Instagram dengan pembicara salah seorang mastah Digital Marketing, Daeng Faqih. Aku pun langsung mendaftar ikut acara itu, meskipun investasi belajarnya lumayan, yaitu Rp. 1.500.000. Biasanya kalau acara yang biayanya mahal, isinya lebih “daging” daripada yang murah atau malah gratisan.

Bisnis madu yang aku jalani sudah punya akun IG @BinaApiari. Tetapi fungsinya belum optimal untuk menjaring pasar. Aku sudah pernah belajar basic membuat akun IG for Business lewat kelas whatsapp. Kali ini aku ingin lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan lagi dong, biar tambah pinter 😀

IG adalah salah satu media marketing yang menyasar kalangan milenial. Audience di IG lebih menyukai tampilan visual, dibandingkan dengan FB yang lebih suka membaca cerita. Konsumen madu sebenarnya lintas usia. Target pembelinya adalah orang dengan rentang usia 28-65 tahun. Mengingat usia milenial ada di rentang target konsumen kami, maka IG pun rasanya perlu ditingkatkan fungsinya.

Pada awal materi, Daeng Faqih menjelaskan apa yang dimaksud dengan Optimasi IG. Kebanyakan peserta menganggap bahwa optimasi IG bertujuan untuk meningkatkan omzet bisnis. Padahal tidak otomatis begitu efeknya. Sebelum mengoptimasi, kita perlu mengerti lebih dulu, apa tujuan akun IG kita, apakah sebagai influencer, toko online atau branding. Tujuan optimasi adalah memaksimalkan KPI dari akun tersebut. Tiap kategori akun memiliki KPI yang berbeda. KPI Influencer adalah jumlah follower, KPI OL shop adalah jumlah leads atau calon prospek, sedangkan akun brand KPI-nya adalah jumlah reach/impresi.

Jadi kalau akun IG kita OL shop, belum tentu perlu jumlah follower yang banyak. Yang penting adalah berapa banyak diantara pengunjung IG kita yang bisa menjadi calon prospek bagi bisnis kita.

Kunci optimasi IG adalah memahami TARGET kita sendiri :

  1. Mengerti target yang ingin dicapai
  2. Menyadari target yang sudah ada dan yang kemudian tercapai.

Poin kedua diketahui berdasarkan data insight dari akun IG kita. Ada perangkat/tool yang bisa dipakai untuk ini, yaitu https://socialblade.com.

Kita juga perlu mengukur beberapa parameter ketika mengoptimalkan IG, yaitu :

  1. Pertumbuhan follower
  2. Rate interaksi
  3. Pertambahan konten
  4. Daily leads (khusus OL Shop)

Sebagai salah satu metode marketing, optimasi IG pun perlu punya program yang direncanakan. Paling tidak kita harus siapkan team atau diri sendiri untuk 2 macam tugas : membuat konten (foto, video, program promosi dan caption dari tiap postingan) dan distribusi konten (posting konten ke akun IG dan menjawab semua pesan/respon yang masuk).

Tampilan IG perlu diperhatikan, terutama untuk OL Shop. Ada beberapa aplikasi HP yang bisa digunakan untuk mempercantik foto dan tampilan IG kita :

  1. Canva untuk membuat postingan dan mengedit foto
  2. Snapseed untuk mengedit foto
  3. Highlight Cover Maker For Instagram untuk mempercantik cover highlight
  4. 9Square untuk membuat foto untuk membuat grid alias potongan-potongan foto

Kesuksesan optimasi IG bukanlah semata karena ketrampilan atau pengetahuan teknis, melainkan ketekunan. Sebagai business owner, kita harus mengetahui konsep apa yang akan kita buat 30 hari mendatang. Buat perencanaan setiap postingan yang akan dinaikkan. Setiap hari harus post 1-2 konten di dalam feed dan minimal 3 post di highlight. Daeng Faqih memberi tahu sebuah tool yang bisa membantu kita menjadwalkan postingan di IG, yaitu https://skepost.com/ .Tapi sayangnya saat ini penjualan skepost sudah ditutup, entah kenapa.

Postingan juga harus bervariasi. Tidak hanya hard selling mempromosikan produk/jualan kita, tetapi harus diselingi konten inspiratif/kata-kata mutiara alias quotes (shareable content), quiz, program give away. Setelah itu, kita juga perlu menyewa influencer untuk mengendorse produk kita supaya lebih banyak leads yang mengikuti/follow akun kita.

Setelah mengikuti workshop ini, aku jadi lebih paham dan berniat supaya lebih tekun lagi mengerjakan segala sesuatu, khususnya marketing lewat IG. Jadi utak atik akun dan bikin plus edit foto tiap hari bakalan jadi tambahan kerjaan yang harus aku kerjakan dengan tekun. Semoga setelah ini, IG @BinaApiari bisa lebih banyak menarik calon pembeli dan kelak jadi pelanggan kami. Aamiin.
